Join CampTOW and discover a different way to travel!
Come to Mexico, learn Spanish, and experience Latin culture alongside your TOW classmates and favorite teachers.
We’ll spend four exciting, activity-packed days experiencing Mexico in a whole new way.
SERVICES
1. Classes
Format: In-person group classes, 90 minutes each, with two teachers.
Content: Lessons connected to the places we’ll visit, along with conversation practice based on the trip experience.
Technical setup: We’ll have a projector and microphones.
Educational materials: Activities and exercises available through an AulaTOW course.
2. Courses on AulaTOW
Digital materials with explanations and English translations, plus interactive exercises to use during class and for personal practice after the trip.
3. Guided tours
Visits to places specially selected by your teachers, based on recommendations from local friends and people who truly love Mexico.

Basílica de la Virgen de Guadalupe
It is the most visited Marian shrine in the world, second only to St. Peter’s Basilica. It is said that around twenty million pilgrims visit the sanctuary every year, with nearly nine million arriving around December 12, the day when Our Lady of Guadalupe, an icon of Mexican culture, is celebrated.
We’ll begin our journey by visiting this miraculous woman.
Plaza de las Tres Culturas
The Plaza de las Tres Culturas is an important historical and urban site located in Tlatelolco, Mexico City.
Its name comes from the fact that it brings together buildings representing three essential stages of Mexican identity: the pre-Hispanic period, the colonial era, and modern Mexico.
It’s another side of Mexico City’s history that we need to discover.
Tianguis La Lagunilla
A tianguis is a traditional Mexican open-air or street market with pre-Hispanic origins. It is temporarily set up in streets or plazas on specific days of the week.
Tianguis Lagunilla is one of the most popular and busiest areas in Mexico City’s Historic Center, and there we’ll find countless interesting, beautiful, and unique things.

Coyoacán
Coyoacán is a green, relaxed neighborhood in the south of Mexico City, where Frida Kahlo, Trotsky, Diego Rivera, and other fascinating historical figures once lived.
This area is also home to UNAM, the National Autonomous University of Mexico — the largest and most important public university in Mexico and all of Ibero-America, known for its academic excellence, its huge student community, and its invaluable cultural legacy.
Biblioteca Vasconcelos
An iconic cultural venue and one of the most impressive mega-libraries in the world, with a rich book collection and exquisite modern architecture.
Popularly known as the “mega-library,” it functions as an open, free, and inclusive public space dedicated to learning, reading, and social connection.

Secret Spots in Downtown Mexico City + Churro Workshop
Mexico City and its lively, fast-paced downtown are an endless source of places, faces, and experiences. Come with us to explore some of the spots we absolutely love. Plus, we’ll try delicious churros and even learn how to make some in a workshop.
Oaxaca Historic Center + Alebrije Workshop
We’ll walk through the city’s historic center and fall in love with its colorful colonial architecture.
Here, we’ll discover a vibrant traditional culture shaped by Indigenous communities, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
We’ll also visit an alebrije workshop and create one of our own.
Tour to Hierve el Agua
For the comfort of all our students, we’ll take a tour with a local company to the Hierve el Agua Nature Reserve, where we’ll see its magnificent petrified waterfalls.
Along the way, we’ll also visit other important sites, such as the Tree of Tule and the Mitla archaeological site.
Puerto Escondido y Pacific Ocean
We’ll travel to the city of Puerto Escondido and visit some of the most charming beaches on Oaxaca’s Pacific coast, where we’ll enjoy a beautiful sunset.
